Dare to see and hear

Matthew 13:16 - "But blessed are your eyes because they see and your ears because they hear."

These are words from Jesus Christ that give us a promise of blessings. If we do not let our hearts become calloused, we will "see... hear... and understand with our hearts and be healed." (Matthew 13:15)

So today, challenge yourself to see with your eyes where God is in your day. He is right there with you. Wait for it... watch for it. The chaos of the world can easily drown out his voice and make him hard to see. Be intentional and look... be still and listen.

What can you see that is in some way God showing up in your day?

When you look and listen, you will be amazed at how blessed you truly are! Stay encouraged.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I invite you into my day today and everyday. Thank you for caring about me so deeply. Please give me eyes to see and ears to hear, and bless my heart with understanding, wisdom and clarity. Let me hear you clearly through the noise of life and see you through the blurry busyness of the day. I praise your holy name and thank you for the provision of your holy word, the Bible. In Jesus name, Amen.
